Individuals, Partnerships, and LLCs may contribute a maximum of $4,200: $2,100 for the primary and $2,100 for the general election. Federal Multi-Candidate PACs may contribute a maximum of $10,000: $5,000 for the primary and $5,000 for the general election. All other Federal PACs may contribute a maximum of $4,000: $2,000 for the primary and $2,000 for the general election. Your contribution is not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Federal Election Law requires Clarke for Congress to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
